Well here you can say whatever you wish. No-one knows you, most will understand you and most importantly, you will not be judged, ridiculed, ostracised nor taken away by Police or anyone because you say how you feel. Even in crying 3 words to start with. Or a wall of text as I do. Do as you wish.
BTW: I’m contacting ‘rehab’ tomorrow again (500th time) to self Admit for 3weeks asap. Not suggesting you be that open, but just and example of what I can write. No Medicare records, doctors notes, you can say whatever you wish. Hope you use this place as a tool to ‘let stuff out’.

A very warm welcome to you as you begin a conversation and perhaps let others take the lead from there. If someone's response leads you to reply, go for it.
As the saying goes 'You can feel alone in a whole room full of people', which begs the question 'How do we feel alone?'. If 99 people (out of 100 in that room) feel happiness and we feel some sense of sadness, we are feeling sadness alone. If one of the 99 stops to feel for us while experiencing empathy or compassion and a portion of our sadness, we're no longer feeling sadness alone or on our own. Personally, I've found that I am never feeling alone when there is a sense of someone feeling for me and with me. Btw, while it may not be our desire to have others suffer like we do at times, there can simply be the wish for others to gain a deeper emotional understanding of where we're coming from. Sensitive people would have to be my favourite type of people because they can sense to easily, which includes sensing other people's feelings.
I've found there are some people in life who don't want to feel our emotions, our challenges, our nature etc. Such things are unwanted in their life. It may not necessarily be you or me who is unwanted but rather those factors mentioned. Some people much prefer a sense of ease, dealing with easy emotions, easy challenges and easy types of natures to relate to. Then there are those who want to feel our emotions to some degree, so they can help us make greater sense of them and not have us feeling alone. They want to feel our challenges, so they can help us develop a way through them. They want to gain a sense of our nature and develop their own nature along with us or even adopt parts of our nature that can be quite amazing (parts we're not entirely conscious of). Sometimes the question can be 'Who have I surrounded myself with?'. Would you say the people around you, in general, much prefer what's easy rather than what can be challenging? Btw, I've found people like this typically leave us alone to do what can be so hard and that involves gaining a greater sense of our self and our struggles.
