WHEN IS THE RIGHT TIME TO TAKE THE DOSE?

Has anyone had debilitating tiredness from medication that they've had to take time off work? Im currently on a split dose (1/2 in the  morning and the other 1/2 at  night)
My pdoc said to take it all at night to avoid the tiredness during the day!?!
Has anyone ever heard of this before?

He also said by doing this it may limit the munchies during the day.

Fingers crossed.

Yes, I take my antidepressant medication at night to avoid tiredness.  It works well for me, but I guess like anything else you just have to try it and see.

Good luck!

dear Chunky, tiredness I know all about this, as I sleep about 10 hours a day and by 3.30pm I have to go to bed, that's why I get  up early, but I have to have an afternoon snooze as well.

So I don't have any social life, and if my routine is disrupted it buggers me up for the next day, and this is also because of my OCD.

I take a huge dose of anti-epileptic medication which doesn't help and a couple of glasses of wine also sets the ball rolling.

I take 1 1/2 in the morning and the same at lunch time, but take the anti-epileptic morning, lunch and well it's not dinner time but for me it is, so that' 3 times a day.

My daily hours have slowly changed over a period of time, as before 9 pm was bed time.

I would gladly give some sleep time to those who can't sleep. Geoff.
