Hi, welcome
I hope I can help. I'm 67yo male and have endured such abuse up to 53yo when myself and my younger sister could tolerate no more. We cut all ties and all was ok till last xmas (2022) when my sister and I went through a big disagreement, actually she resorted to the same abuse tactics taught to her by our mother. I dont believe I will see her again either. Such is the torment and confusion narcissistic behaviour results from.
I can suggest you google "queen witch hermit waif". That is 4 characters a narcissistic and some Borderline Personality disorder sufferers can have. The google results will be from extracts from a book by Dr Christine Lawson "walking on eggshells". I believe my mother had all 4 characters.
I had my first wedding ruined, emotional blackmail, work disruptions where she'd ring my boss, narcissistic triangulation and so on. So if you feel comfortable please reply and detail your experience. That can also help others that seek our guidance.

Thankyou for your reply but I prefer to talk to a professional via counselling. I don't want to share what I've been through with a stranger.
