Take it slow, dont force yourself to stop a random day, fight against the feelings of needing it and entertain yourself and slowly you wont need it anymore just do things that you enjoy and distracting in a key find new hobbies every other day. hope this helped youll get through it mate its hard but youll do it i believe in you

Hi there,
it’s really positive that you’re becoming aware of wanting to quit vaping, that’s an important first step.
It can be helpful to distance yourself from anything or anyone that reminds you of vaping. When you see things connected to it, the urge to use it can become much stronger.
Quitting isn’t easy, and it’s not just about willpower. Your body needs time to adjust and get used to living without nicotine. That process can feel uncomfortable, but it’s temporary.
When you feel the urge to vape, especially when it feels hard to resist, you might try exercising instead. Try linking the craving with movement. Over time, your body may begin to associate that urge with something healthier, and the desire for nicotine may become weaker.
Be patient with yourself. Change takes time.
Warm regards🤗
