EMDR.... what’s your views/opinions/experiences.....

I’ve read a bit about EMDR lately and wondered if others have used it or heard about it with dealing with complex trauma?

My issue I’d be worried about is focusing on one key moment because there were lots of ‘moments’ for me...

I am new on here and can relate to the conversation and would like to join if it is ok. I am about to experience my first EMDR therapy in a week and your support, guidance and advice to each other has been incredibly helpful. How are you all going at this time?
