hello Kit, a good question but your doctor would be the person to ask, however with me my AD had to be increased when I wasn't feeling too well and now I am taking the max dosage, so if I need for them to be increased that won't happen and will have to start a new AD which I hate doing because with me I always get a reaction until they settle down, so to answer your question is yes I would say.
I wonder if you have also been diagnosed with anxiety and if so your doctor will be able to help you with this, but because you feel as though something bad is going to happen could be because some major event is looming upon you, hopefully you can get back to us. Geoff.

Hi Kix, welcome to the forum!
As Geoff said, you need to see your doctor about this, but yes, ADs can lose their efficacy after a while and sometimes people need to have their dosage increased or go on to a different AD.
Sometimes however there can be other factors creating the change in feeling and mood. Have there been any significant changes in your life lately that might be causing you problems or maybe making you anxious?
It's nice to meet you, I hope you'll stick around and join in on the forum.
Best wishes
Kaz
