- Ask your GP for a referral - they’ll usually know which psychiatrists in your area are currently bulk-billing.
- Use the HealthDirect online directory (healthdirect.gov.au) and filter by “psychiatrist” and “bulk billing.”
- Check out Someone.health, which offers free online psychology sessions through Medicare if you’re open to seeing a psychologist instead of a psychiatrist for ongoing support.
