dear Deer, welcome to the BB site, and thanks for posting your comment.
As you haven't received a reply as yet, I feel as though I need to recognise that you have posted, and hopefully someone else will reply.
In regards to 'bio feed back' the only type I have had is EEG or neurofeedback which was to confirm my epilepsy, and I have had this several times after my head injury and as my claim was going through.
I have had a look at the 'biofeedback therapy depression' and it sounds to be interesting and see that it can help with depression as well as epilepsy, which I have, but that's not what you are after.
Whether it works would depend on the person, just like a particular antidepressant helps someone while it doesn't help another person, so if you have exhausted all your avenues it maybe worth having a go at it.
I would be interested to know what you actually think of it yourself and who suggested it. Geoff.

Hi there deer2
Welcome to Beyond Blue and thanx for your post.
My post is more of a welcome to you, rather than one of being of usefulness to you, as I’m not even aware of there being such a thing as bio – so I’ll be watching this space closely over the coming days to see what ‘proper’ responses you receive on this.
Kind regards
Neil
