Feeling nothing, im stepping out my comfort zone, taking risks. Trying to feel something but nothing i dont feel happy, joy no sense of excitement or fear.. just feel alone and sad and cry alot.
I was asked why i self harmed i said i dont know . And i dont really understand why i do. But thinking now hey its something to feel...
I have to wake up every morning and (GET UP) i have responsibilities like everyone and i have to pretend to everyone that im ok . Work cant have me half there id lose my job.. family annoys me to much for me to have them realise im not ok . So its all fake and pretend all day.. i have about 3 people who i can say im not ok 2 ..but this is been going on so long even i wanna leave and ignore myself. Im uncomfortable talking out loud or to professionals im not sure i will get help but i do think ill lose the 3 people i do have very soon . Maybe just need to pretend with them aswell but im drowning suffocating in myself and this sense of emptiness is so overwhelming i just come undone every night when im alone in my room

- Still nowhere and nobody .i get that shock ( everyone must get) i do my shopping a extra $100 is added for nothing more . I have talked abit about looking after people and the pressures i had, (im not a go with the flow person. Im very structured and all about routine.) And years now im adapting to what i have to deal with..i push down my feelings, and i struggle with everything about day to day living. I Didn't realize i would be in a position where i would say . How can i now afford to do this anymore . Im not worried anymore about having people under my roof anymore, im worried how i can afford it now ..everyday is a new struggle. Everyday i face dread Going to work, coming home, dealing with life. When i never wanted to live...I don't want to be here, i don't want anything

I haven't been me in years . I go up and very down .im now right back in the same situation i once was. And iv changed i won't go through it again i cant, Im already suffering, no sleep. No eating. Drinking to much. Dont wannna do this again, and i know I'm not willing to anymore . ..when do people know its time to call it quits. I feel like im trying harder than ever but don't know why somedays , when its all pointless.

One of the most important things you've said in your post is that you go up and down. When we're struggling and really low in the darkness, it can be really hard to see the light and remember the up times, the better times. It's really tough.
Please remember that support is available - and if this is an emergency, please call 000 (triple zero), or present yourself to your nearest hospital emergency department for care.
Especially as you feel that somedays are harder than others, maybe it might be helpful to look at our 'Beyond Now' safety planning app when you're feeling up to it and use it to help you to stay safe when you need it most.

I hurt. I hurt myself. I feel nothing. I feel everything . I know im not alone with this feeling but im alone with this feeling everyday..i know i will be ok. But i know im not ok
