I beg to differ, many people of a vast array of issues we've helped here. Yes, some we cant help but we try. We are people with mental health challenges like you, we are not trained professionals and you can post here 24/7/365 if you dont mind typing.
We community champions have experienced depression, some with suicidal thoughts even attempts, we survived and we are here now knowing what its like. Maybe you were unaware of that, but we are here listening. We need some basic information so we can help. Please Rosie, give me a try?
INVISIBLE PAIN
At the depths of despair I didnt know what I needed so I cried
I wanted a shoulder to ask the question - why?
there was no one around when there should have been
I was all alone in a chaotic world the noisiest I've ever seen
And the bees still hummed and the possums did their hair
They also looked around and saw nobody there
So it dawned on me that to climb that nearby hill
I had to do it myself and find some determined will
Along my way others reached and held out their hand
"They wont know, they wont understand"
Then I stared at them and I realised why they tried to tell
They were on their way down, they had been to the top as well
And the goats stood upon the outcropped rocky ledge
Eagle soared above on watch for those that sledge
and the beauty of life can arrive in a moment in time
Thats the wonder of jumbling words that rhyme
So we are all on the top of that hill and we all say hello
Those that never climb remain as one in the valley below
We join as one to listen and describe the invisible pain
Then descend and return to the normal world again...
So there is someone thats climbed your hill the hilltop of the free
It's not easy having faith in the faces you cannot see
But in a world we make choices among the nasty, the kind and all others in between
We have to put in some faith and type into the computer screen...
