This site is totally anonymous. We have many champions here ready and willing to talk when they are on line. We have moderators to ensure your safety from any online bullying or inappropriate remarks.
We often receive posts when the member is way down the track with depression, suicidal thoughts etc and it is much more preferable you post earlier than later. Many of us have travelled down the dark road not realising that some calm words from those with past lived experiences can guide you out along a track to a better future.
Take care, allow us to lift you up. Can you allow yourself to be cared for?

Hi Rushi, Welcome
No timeline, no pressure, anything you'd like to talk about... when you're ready ask questions of your issue/s, me, anything.

What help is here on this forum? Persons of lived experience/peer advisors, are indeed a link in a long chain of mental health support. Community Champions here have a diversified background and have made it through those extremely hard times of battling medication side effects/dosages while seeking the correct diagnosis in the first place. Then we've endured social pressure/alienation and family issues especially mental illness that is inherited. However, after all that we've realised we have a golden quality- empathy. It isnt a sin to feel kind and to reach out to you, it's a gift.
We have around 25 Community Champs ready to help out. Sometimes it takes a few posts from you to get the full picture, it doesnt matter. This service is open 24/7/365 which is unlike most services and it's totally anonymous.
