I feel worthless. The past week I have woken up crying feeling alone and just wanting to kill myself. Now I know periods can take a toll on you emotionally. But this is constant I’m constantly crying and having no one to talk to. My wife is all I have and I barely see her due to work I just hate everything in my life and not one person can help

Hi Guest_34661780,
Welcome to the forums, we are so glad that you've taken a big step in sharing here. We can hear it's been really hard lately to reach out to the people around you for help. We hope you find some comfort in sharing here, and in hearing from the lovely community members, many of whom will be able to relate to what you’ve been through.
We've checked in with you privately to make sure you're ok. It would be a great time to update the GP on how you’re going.
We’d also recommend calling the Beyond Blue on 1300 22 4636. You can also reach them via webchat 24/7.
Another option would be ringing Lifeline (13 11 14) or the Suicide Call Back Service (1300 659 467), which can sit with you in these feelings and help you to plan for your safety.
If you’re feeling suicidal or are having thoughts about harming yourself, it's important that you take immediate steps to keep safe. If you feel unable to keep yourself from acting on your thoughts about suicide or self-harm this is an emergency, and you need to call 000 (triple zero).
Our community is here for you, and we’re sure they’ll spot your post soon enough and have some kind words and understanding for you.
Kind regards,
Sophie M
