Suicide dark

Hey! I’m 15. Last couple weeks I been struggling with suicide thoughts and attempts. I feel very very dark and sad. And I feel alone and afraid

Hi, welcome
I'm an old guy so I hope thats ok and you can put faith in me. I have gone down that path and even made an attempt once. My brother and uncle passed that way and my daughter also made an attempt, she just had a baby and she is fine now. Gee, I think about her 8 years ago and how I wouldnt be a granddad if we didnt band together to get her mentall well.
So in easy to understand basic terms I'd like to go through some factors that you can ponder on to help you first. 1. Eg what are you capable of to change your life or the way you are thinking.
- Be realistic. What are you afraid of? Being alone? or lonely? What is your friend situation do you have any? how many? Has there been change there recently like rejection, bullying, etc?
- How is your family? Do you feel pressure? To study or chores or restriction to socialising?
- How is your social media? Are you under the social media ban and has it hurt you?
- Pets? Do you have any?
- Future education plans?
- Is there any family members that have big issues?
2. Remedies. When we are in an unhappy zone our eyes ears, skin etc all are stagnant, they are our sensors. So if we change our environment these sensors light up. Eg a simple walk to a park often changes our perspectives. I've proved this a 1000 times. I walk around the block with my small dogs, on that walk I might see bees collecting nectar, wave to a neighbour, help and old lady lift her shopping to her verandah, watch kids play. I might buy an icecream. By the time I get home I'm no longer in that previous state of mind.
3. Hobbies. Do you have any? A packet of icypole sticks and glue isnt expensive and gluing them together is a great distraction. Sports?
4. Contacts. Do you have a school counsellor? A family member that you can talk to? A friend that you can trust?
I'd love for you to reply and we can chat further. Remember- "life is amazing but is can be gloomy if we dont realise how amazing it can be."

Hey, sorry about your loss.
i scared of lonely and hate, i barely got friends, and I been bullied at school and lost.
a little family presser to be perfect.
i only got discord and yt.
I got some dogs and cats.
i got no hobbies 😞 I just like trains and planes
No family issues has.
i just have some helpline but don’t trust them and don’t trust my family.
please chat furthered. And what’s you’re age?

hey!
i hope you're doing a little better today. I want you to know that taking your life is not the answer, i lost my bestfriend to suicide in Jan this year because she thought that was the only way out which it wasnt. I promise once you confide in a family member you trust or just someone you trust and talk about how you are feeling i promise it feels a little less heavy to carry.
remember there are so many people who love you even if it doesnt feel it right now.
