Please know that there is no judgement on your mental health or your concerns, no one will laugh at how you are feeling here. What we hope is that with support and guidance, these negative thoughts of suicide and urges to self-harm can be reduced and more positive coping strategies introduced.
I know you have said that you feel you cannot speak to your parents, but do you have any professional mental health support? We encourage you to engage with your GP or school counsellor to discuss these feeling and receive ongoing support and guidance through this difficult period.

Hi ange1139,
I'm so glad you reached out to BB and had the courage to talk about how you are feeling. Sophie_M has given you some good referrals to people who you can talk to and who have the resources to help you. The adults you talk to at the contacts you have been given will not laugh and will take your feelings and concerns very seriously. They will do everything they can to listen to you and assist you in getting whatever support you need. I understand that it may be difficult to do because you are worried about how they might respond, though you've already taken a first step to getting support and can hopefully see that there is support there for you.
