Dear new Member~
Welcome here to the support forum, a place where many people have had tough times and want to help others as a result.
It is a pretty heart-breaking when a friend who you may have thought you trusted turns against you, and that will no doubt influence your thinking. That situation is make worse if they want to go to court.
Both of these taken together may well seem too much to bear, and on your own that makes things very hard to live with, can I ask if you have any support, a family member or friend perhaps? They may not be able to make the whole thing go away but if they listen to you and care that can help.
I'm sure you know what to do about false accusations in court, particularly where it is one person's word against another. You get your own lawyer (expensive I realise) and go though each accusations and state your own case.
Wanting to kill yourself because of all this is natural, however court is temporary and you are not alone and there are things that can help. When I lost my job wiht no prospects of another as I was injured I wanted it all to end, however I was lucky and persuaded to see a doctor who helped me get over the worst of it.
I now use a free smartphone app called Beyond Now, in which you list people you can talk wiht (does not have to be serious talk) and things you can do for yourself to distract you or make you feel better for a while. I have books, pets, exercise, music, talkng ot people and more.
It is very easy to think the worst, however that may never happen, just hang on.
You know you will always be welcome here
