Welcome here to the support Forum. I'm sure it can make a person sad, worried and frustrated not to have enough money for the essentials and in that circumstances a person needs help.
If you have not already done so can I suggest you contact the Child Support Agency (1800 007 007) – they are the department that administers Australia’s Child Support Scheme - to get your payment level reassessed in light of your current circumstances. It's important to contact them as soon as possible so outstanding non payments and the future can be worked out.
Hopefully they will work out what , if anything, you can afford at the moment based on your circumstances. Please don't put off contacting them
That same number is the National Debt Hotline where you can find counceling and information on other financial difficulties you may have. Plus for hardship in some states htere are charitable organizations like Anglicare or St Vincents who may help.
