I just feel like not being here would solve a lot of problems.
but also, hurting myself would create new problems…
feeling so sick and confused.
hoping this is a good place to vent… even if no one is listening

Hi canidothis
Thank you for reaching out tonight, we appreciate you sharing about your current situation and how this is impacting on you. We want you to know that this is a safe place to share your thoughts and receive support from the community.
While you wait for a response to your post, please know that you can call or chat to one of our trained mental health professionals anytime; it’s completely confidential and available 24/7. If so, please contact Beyond Blue either via phone 1300 22 4636 or WebChat, just click here. In addition, our lovely friends at Lifeline (13 11 14) and the Suicide Call Back Service (1300 659 467) are always there for you whenever things are feeling like too much to cope with.
You might also find it helpful to take a look at our suicide safety planning app called 'Beyond Now'. The Beyond Now suicide safety planning app can help you to stay safe you're feeling at risk......you can even go through this with a counsellor over the phone if you don't want to do it alone.
IMPORTANT NOTE - PLEASE: Call 000 (triple zero) if you are in immediate danger to yourself, or take yourself to your nearest Emergency Department for mental health assistance if you feel at risk at any time.
It shouldn't be too long before you hear from one of our community members. We're really glad you're connected and sharing with us all here, you're very important to us.
Regards,
Sophie M
