Anxiety that has affected my work performance

I have been suspended from work under investigation for poor performance . It has esculated my existing anxiety and feelings of self harm

We're sorry to hear you've been suspended from work. We can imagine how stressed and hurt you must felt. Has your work communicated to you when they will finish the investigation?

Can we ask, do you have any mental health support? We understand it can be really tough to cope sometimes, especially if you don't have a lot of support from family or friends. hi and welcome to the forums. Like Sophie_M said... I am sorry to hear about what happened. Not sure if you are like me and like certainty and would like all of this to the over. Any idea how long you will have to wait for a result?
