Always feeling depressed in class.

I am not too sure where to start, but I am almost always feeling depressed. Particularly in class and at home. In the past week, I have basically cried myself to sleep every night and I just feel hopeless. I don't know where to get support (I'm currently typing this is class) and I feel too embaressed to talk about it with teachers at school or with parents. I am also constantly upset in class and my productivity is getting worse and worse. I have been worried about missing out on assessments and work. I am also taking anti-depressants but I feel that they haven't been working out lately. I have also been struggling alot with family. I feel that I want to hide and bottle my problems up and that suicide is the only thing that is left for me. I have a bunch of ways to calm myself down but none of them are available when I am in class. I apologise if this was kind of hard to read but I am always feeling like a mess.

We are so sorry to hear that you are feeling so depressed at the moment and that suicide feels like the only thing that is left for you. We imagine that would a really heavy, uncomfortable and overwhelming feeling and we are so glad that you reached out to us. You mention feeling embarrassed about your depression - we wanted to let you know that many people experience mental health issues and depression and you are not alone in feeling this way.
Getting help can be really really scary, but often once people reach out and get the help they need, they're glad they did it. It sounds like you're experiencing some pretty distressing thoughts. You do not have to go through this alone - we encourage you to speak to someone, whether it be a parent, teacher, school counsellor, doctor etc. If these options aren't suitable, then we encourage you to contact Kids Helpline. They are a free, confidential and anonymous, telephone and online counselling service specifically for young people aged 25 and under. Their number is 1800 55 1800. If you'd like to chat via email you can email them at this address: counsellor@kidshelpline.com.au. If you'd like to chat via webchat, you can contact them here. You can find out more about their Kids Helpline and their services through their website, linked here.
Another suitable service might be Headspace. Headspace is an organisation specifically for young people aged 12-25 and they offer a wide range of services including group programs which are a great opportunity to meet people. They also have a group chat on their webpage.
In overwhelming moments, we encourage you to get in touch with our friends at Lifeline (13 11 14) or the Suicide Call Back Service (1300 659 467). They also have chat counselling options available. Of course, if you are ever in immediate danger in terms of suicide or self-harm, then this is an emergency and we encourage you to contact 000 (triple zero).
We hope we haven't overwhelmed you with information. We can just hear how distressed you are and thought that such services might be useful, especially because you said you don't know where to get help.
Again, we are so glad that you reached out to us. We're glad you feel comfortable to share your emotions and thoughts with us. Please know that you've come to a safe, non-judgemental space to talk things through and our community is here to offer as much support, advice and conversation as you need. We hope that you will find some comfort here on the forums. Please feel free to keep reaching out here on your thread whenever you feel up to it.
