Hey guys,
i got the idea for this thread from some of the others in Staying well. We can use this thread to acknowledge who we are thankful for today and why. It could be a family member, friend, partner, someone on the BB forums, a colleague, a teacher, or a complete stranger etc.
ill start:
today I am thankful to my best friend (let's call him 'L') for being there for me always and for trying to calm me down today when I had a panic attack about 2 new tests that are coming.
who are you thankful for today?
Chloe 😊

Great idea for a thread Chloe
I'm thankful for my hubby who has been so kind, loving, caring and supportive for all our years. Sometimes I think I'm not worth it. But he has never thought that. So I'm grateful.

he sounds lovely! A bit like my best friend actually 😉
I have to be convinced sometimes by people that I am worth it... my friends go to such an effort to look after me
Hope you have a great day Pammy xox

OK. I'll bite...
Had a lengthy chat with a friend at Uni yesterday about anxiety and depression and other things. She related aspects of her encounters with depression. To be able to talk and not be judged, or told what to do

Thats great smallwolf!!!
Wow that was very enthusiastic of me, i had chocolate earlier + and am happy for you maybe that's why.
To talk and have someone listen and not be judged, laughed at, interrupted, ignored, or being told that you are wrong is refreshing. I hope that you and her work on building a solid friendship where such things can be discussed comfortably.
All the best,
Chloe
P.s I don't think i mentioned it before, but the wolf is my favourite animal 🙂

Yes it is... there are so many people like that you don't realise until you come on here... then you start to notice them in the offline world.
