Hello all,

Sometimes just doing the basics is so hard. It can be tough not to get down on ourselves when we’re struggling with things that ‘should’ be easy.

But we deserve to celebrate even the smallest achievements, because they are really feats of strength when you’re unwell. It’s ok if you can’t do everything. We know you’re doing your best, and that’s enough ☺️

What are 3 small (or big) achievements that you’ve had today?

For me: 1. I washed my hair

2. I drank two glasses of water

3. I sat out in the sun for 15 minutes

Hello my small achievements for today were

To contribute in some small way on the BB Forums.

Hang out the washing.

Walked down the soggy back yard.

Released the overflow on water tank.

My achievement for Wednesday was.

Had an severe anxiety episode late afternoon, took a while for me to settle down so I phoned a friend who really understands my circumstances. Just talking to just one friend does really help when going through those ugly anxiety episodes. After our chat about various topics, I started to feel a lot calmer. We all need each other in times of distress & find that thev BB Forums is an excellent source of help.

Hello everyone....🤗, hugs if you need/want them..

1..I went to a hard therapy session today...

2..Looking after a best friend’s dog for 2 weeks..

3...Got the clothes off the line from yesterday...

Hello everyone

1. Did washing today,.

2. Hung it on the line.

2. Took washing down later.

That was all I did. That's the best I could do.

My achievements for Friday were.

Tidied up inside.

Continued on by clearing out usable items. It's already taken me over 7 weeks.

My achievements for today:

1. Ate well.

2. Processed some psychological stuff that came up this week, meaning firmer boundaries in all areas.

3. Continued reading more of my Placebo book.

My achievements for Saturday were:

Struggled so hard to get out of bed after doing lots of work in Friday. My whole body ached badly today.

The Rose - that sounds really difficult, but great that you got out of bed despite the struggle.

ecomama - so good! Processing psychological stuff and putting in place firmer boundaries are awesome achievements!

Three achievements I've had today:

1. Cried in my GP appointment. This is actually a good thing, because I'm generally pretty happy behind my giant emotional wall.

2. Started the process of applying for an extension on my uni assignment.

3. Ate a healthy breakfast.

My "achievements" lol

1. Repeated boundaries again.....grrr lol

2. Had the hard conversation with my kids about my bf and I breaking up. Tears from 1 child, she loved him.

3. Had the hard conversation with my kids about the health issues and upcoming hospital procedure for me. More tears.

It doesn't get any easier does it peeps?
