Hi everyone!

I spent the weekend studying very hard!

1) I treated myself to a sleep-in. My mind and body really needed it and it helped so much!

2) Watched a new show on Netflix

3) Ate dumplings!

I was SO joyful reading it all!

Oh yeah making our beds really DOES something doesn't it Shelll?
It's NICE walking into the bedroom and seeing a neat bed just for us. Or you and I separately or you know what I mean lol.
Keeping up the Vitamins, what a CHAMPION!

Tbh I like the dumpling one best lol. Bit of a theme going on there with me too lol.

Woah mine are 'different' compared to all that BUT I'm proud of me too!

~ bought a Chai and got to work almost 2h early after dropping kids off early for an Excursion.

~ ate nectarines, peaches and a banana for snacks today - yah the theme lol.

~ had a 2h nap. omg it was heaven lol.

Such a busy week happening here.
Appts and all sorts just happened to fall on this week.
Plus completing work projects too! Aha rising at 5am and 4am tomorrow to get to work.
A BIGGIE.

Sure was nice seeing some happiness in my daughters eyes again .
Yes I will be a ganma for the 5 th time come October 😊.
i Finally seen the psychologist today too. So been a very one end to the other in emotions day and just feel so drained.

My 3 self-care things today:

~ ate lots of fruit

~ had a nap

~ came on to BB

Not sure about anyone else, some days it requires a lot of effort to do that we know is good for us. That is myself lately anyway. .. Self care.

1...ate no junk today

2...brushed my hair and put it up in a ponytail neatly. I do feel better when my hair is done.

3..Raced someone on the escalater in the shopping centre. Did not care what others thought of me. It made me feel free and it was fun

Hey Shell and everyone. Awesome job with all of that Shell.

Self care is hard too, I often wonder how anyone can manage and come up with these ideas. Then I think to myself that some of the things people do I didn't consider as self care, for example getting a coffee in a cafe.
