Three self-care:
1) That I am able to look back on my recent challenging times and seen how I have overcome them and grown from them. I would not change what happened. I think reflection can be a form of self-care sometimes.
2) Made myself some nice coffee!
3) I will have healthy food today - that always nourishes my body and mind

These are pretty standard for me on any day, but:
1) Probiotics and fish oil supplements once, sometimes twice a day to keep my gut healthy.
2) Daily DARE and Evening Wind Down Sessions on the DARE app.
3) Laying down on the bed, listening to relaxing music playlist on Spotify, and scrolling through whatever takes my fancy on the internet.
