A session with my psychologist

Some light yoga stretches and deep breathes

Three self-care:

1) That I am able to look back on my recent challenging times and seen how I have overcome them and grown from them. I would not change what happened. I think reflection can be a form of self-care sometimes.

2) Made myself some nice coffee!

3) I will have healthy food today - that always nourishes my body and mind

An overdue workout that warmed up my muscles

Baked banana bread

Took some selfies with my kids and had a good laugh.

Today's self care:

1) Ordered food delivery! I got subway and was very happy!

2) Relaxed on the couch with my family

3) Drank a cup of tea

Listened to a guided meditation.

decided to have a mental health day tomorrow.

read a little bit.

These are pretty standard for me on any day, but:

1) Probiotics and fish oil supplements once, sometimes twice a day to keep my gut healthy.

2) Daily DARE and Evening Wind Down Sessions on the DARE app.

3) Laying down on the bed, listening to relaxing music playlist on Spotify, and scrolling through whatever takes my fancy on the internet.

I stood up for myself at work today

Went for a walk to clear my head

Took photos of the clouds to enjoy another day
