Sort of took that MH day. Stayed home but worked in its comfort.

1. Went for a walk at lunch with the dog (even in the rain!)
2. Guided meditation in the afternoon

This is actually for Thursday:
I was very nearly ready to go for my appointment when my helper arrived. She was a few minutes early, so maybe a few minutes more & I would have beed? Maybe.
I ensured I was wearing almost no metal, so I (hopefully) would not have to change into a gown. It was okay. I did have to remove my jacket, so was a little cool. I was almost able to keep still for the entire time while the scan was done. 😺
I had a salad for lunch, thinking to catch up on having more greens.

So far today;
Phoned Lifeline to talk through my panic and sadness.
made a to do list to keep me focussed
made a coffee to break the cycle (by doing something different for a while)
Gave support on BB because we all need some sometimes.

I'll approach this from the angle of three self-care things I intend to do today:
Treat myself to a nice warm tea (the weather is shocking)
Read a few chapters of my new book
Have a play on the piano, perhaps continue writing one of my songs

1) Had a nice relaxing cup of coffee
2) Started to clean my room! I feel as though I am in such a better mindset when I clean it!
