Self-care today:
1) Made myself some honey lemon ginger tea - so comforting!
2) Decided I was going to be lazy today and just spend the morning watching Netflix - I loved it!
3) I will make sure I go to the gym tonight because I always feel better after exercising

Did an aloe Vera skin mask and felt the calming and anti inflammatory benefits
Watched a rom com with good dialogue
