For self care

I did something by myself and felt proud

I accepted gifts with out saying you should not have

I had a chocolate without guilt.

I stopped dwelling about my habit of dwelling, I give myself permission to dwell, I am finish admonishing myself for dwelling

Slept in

gave books away

ate a salad

Watched a current movie to see if I liked it after seeing a lot of positive hype and attention

ordered some pretty shoes online

Called a helpline when was a bit shaky

Sat with a big bowl of grapes out of the refrigerator...crunchy and cool and refreshing

Air dried my hair with some treatment

Rested on couch with cosy cushions

Ate cherries I was given

Sorted out books

watched a doco

Self-care today:

1) Made myself some honey lemon ginger tea - so comforting!

2) Decided I was going to be lazy today and just spend the morning watching Netflix - I loved it!

3) I will make sure I go to the gym tonight because I always feel better after exercising

Did an aloe Vera skin mask and felt the calming and anti inflammatory benefits

Watched a rom com with good dialogue

Was honest and vented with my mh professional, which felt good and made me feel better

smelt lavender

ate fruit cake

rested while watching a movie about bookselers.

Drove to a park for a phone consult so I had somewhere nice to relax before/after/during the call

Made a healthy salad for lunch

Completed some little jobs I have put off for ages
