Hey BB Self-carers, what's been happening?
Hey Blue, lol indeed we are on the same wavelength lol. LOVE your self-caring yesterday. I missed hearing about your walks in our wonderful nature.
My 3 today:
~ bought easier things to cook for dinner tonight
~ will relax and paint Buddha some
~ am enjoying some YT clips whilst writing

Hi all,
EM, I missed talking about my nature walks, they are so important for me. Yay that you're continuing to work on Buddha!
My self cares:
1) Meditated last night.
2) Played a game for a bit before bed to take my mind off what today was going to hold.
3) Pushed the doctor to fill in the Carer's Payment forms so we can have an income. They have until now been less than supportive. It was hard.

Hello
1. Today I reminded myself it’s ok to break a task down into small enough bits that getting a bit done is manageable. Promotes a sense of achievement on a low mood/energy day.
2. Went for a walk.
3. Screenshot some quotes that “spoke to me”. Either motivational, empowering or helping to make sense of situations. I’ll share one:
“Strange, isn’t it? You know yourself better than anyone else, yet you crumble at the words of someone who hasn’t even lived a second of your life. Focus on your own voice, it’s the only one that matters”.
