I bought my self and old book that is falling apart

I chatted to someone I sometimes find it hard to

I am learning not to react but respond more

Had a pear and rhubarb muffin with a cup of coffee.

Closed my eyes and Listened to Chris O’Dowd reading “Where the wild things are”.

Did a Pilates class.

did some yard work/ cleaned the bird bowl/ had a wash myself with velvet soap

I took medication on time to give myself the best chance of getting some rest

I ate some extra food 😋

stopped coffee a week ago/ swept and removed spiderwebs outside/ ate lunch with a friend
