"people go to receive professional help for mental health issues because other people in their lives cause them hassles yet won't go and get help for themselves or acknowledge they themselves have any issues".
The point was to realise that I don't have to take everything on board that people say to me, as each person has their own issues. It is not for me to own what they say and I can change how I feel about their comments.
