Hey,
I havent realy seen anything on here about mood affecting peoples eating habbits.
When Im up I dont eat, when I'm very irritable and angry I eat EVERYTHING!!!!! and when I'm depressed I loose my appetite also.
I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed a change in this?
Cheers, Cas

Heya Cas,
I didn't know that about cheese ...... i'm off to buy a block of cheddar lol:) Take it easy on that stepper you don't won't to risk injury. Injuries suck!
Awesome picture, you have a really cool talent for drawing. The way you have drawn the eye is how the 'third' eye is sometimes drawn which represents intuition / spirituality and the hand that appears to be covering the lips represents silence or to be quiet. Or maybe i'm reading too much into it lol:) What do you think? What does it mean to you?
Take care
Dave

Hey guys
Is that theory about the cheese the same for cheese twisties?? I can't get enough of them and eat them so fast like they're going to run away!! Actually I feel the same way with cheesels.
I'm the same as you Wittnall - I never learn. When I finish gorging myself with chips I then get the guilts and it's a vicious cycle in my head of how bad I am.

i would assume so with the cheese twisties 🙂
Thanks Dave 🙂 , sorry it took so long to reply, after posting a huge respone, i was presented with a system error, my tempe kinda went nuts and i had to go to the gym and couldnt come back on here for abit.
well my head finds meaing an over analizes everything so i dont realy think about what i draw, but an art therapist once said that my facination with eyes has something to do with how i feel judged or watched or cautious of my actions. i like how they are the window to a persons soul. i like the idea of the third eye 🙂 i do think i talk too much but what comes out never represents what im trying to convey or whats going on in my head. so u might be spot on.
my psych appt revealed borderline personality disorder and bipolar, my poor mum beat up onherself for years that no amount of attention was ever enough for me.
i alsoused to be paralysed with fear i would catch someone watching me i would not move from one spot in the house for hours when i was little. i used to think my dolls were watching me when iwas 18 months old and refuse tohave them in my room.
sleep deprivation also denies the body a hormone that works with weight loss, so the less sleep u get the haderit is to loose weight.
i think with food its comfort, i will be feeling so sick but needing to eat that cheese toastie.i also read carbs help with sleep?

When I was little and I'd go through ravenous binges I'd always remember this poem. It was one of my favourites when I was young. It was so good listening to it in Spikes English accent.
THE GLUTTON
Oh Molly, Molly, Molly
I've eaten too much pie
I've eaten too much custard
I think I'm going to die!
Just one more plate of Jelly
Before I pass away
Another glass of lemonade
And then no more I say!
Perhaps just one more banana
And one more lollipop
A little slice of Eccles cake
And then I'll HAVE to stop!
So now one more one more Goodbye!
and one more slice of ham
and now goodbye forever
But first some bread and jam
So now I die, goodbye again
But pass the Stilton cheese
And as I slowly pass away
Just one more dinner please.

I have been off work for over a week now due to foot surgery. My eating has gone from continual binging to "normal". Here at home there are plenty of treats in the cupboard and I am not interested in them. Funny how the stress of work has gone as has the binging. Yes, a direct relationship between mood and food.
