I want to get back to how I felt a few years ago where I was LIVING my life not just existing!!
Any suggestions greatly appreciated as I just feel like a loner.

Heyy!! Me too. For me it's my unhealthy level of sensitivity to my partner's feelings, family's feelings & friends' feelings that I feel hold me back. I just hate disappointing other people. People say I'm a nice person... I'm not real happy tho! I do know a few people who are unique tho, and people may not accept them initially but they get used to the way the person is if they're relatively consistent in being themselves.
I'm a loner too. I have mild social anxiety, and I'm lazy when it comes to organising social stuff to help me practice socialising.
I've got no suggestions sorry darling, just letting you know you're not alone.

Hm great question! I wonder - can you flip the question?
Instead of 'how can I get back' could it be 'what would it look like'?
If you were to wake up and feel like you were really living your life, what might your day look like? How might you feel - what might you be doing?
Hopefully thinking about it this way can give you another perspective and some more ideas.
