I myself am determined to stay well in 2016 and wish to all hurt, lost souls (including myself) to start a better year, to fight and stay on top, after all we've been through we're still here! Happy 2016!!!
I have my hands up too! One of the reasons I joined this forum was to have some constructive strategies for making sure this is a better year. All the best to you, fellow strugglers 🙂
I kinda feel like the years all just role in together, kinda like just another day when it is a new year so for me I think it is just plan new goals, new targets, new plans because when I (this is just me) ok new year it seems too over whelming, too much for me to deal with but yes I am with you all.
