I'll start:
1: I am grateful to have easy access to fresh drinking water
2. I am grateful to be able to feel the air going into my lungs and breath out (thanks trees)
3. I am grateful to be living on this beautiful planet, to be able to connect with people on the internet even when I feel so isolated. THANK YOU !

What a lovely post, thank you for starting it!
I keep a gratitude journal and I find that it helps, especially looking back on it and seeing some of the good things.
1. I am grateful for the cooler weather. It's been high 30's low 40's and I hate it. It's low 30's now but that's something. My ideal weather is when it's cold and freezing.
2. I am grateful for the library. Books are free! Magazines are free! It's awesome.
3. I am grateful for the members on Beyond Blue. For the people that are struggling and reached out, or the people who are feeling suicidal that are still here.
