Goals instead of resolutions

So instead of resolutions that we won’t keep, I thought we could post some goals that we have the year to work towards...

I have a few:

1. Finish my Diploma

2. Make 2 new real friends

3. Swim more - swimming is good for my brain, peace, body, pain, grounding etc

4. Work towards finding long term solutions for my pain

5. Help as many people as I can by sharing my story

Oh now I see your goals and they are cool goals.

I love the minimalist and decluttering ideas and I think I need to do the same thing I think her clear a space makes very clear headspace.

I really love your idea of cash only I was trying to set up a barter system at one stage because I hate the idea of money in general but the idea to take out cash on me spend X amount per day and Not just swipe swipe swipe. Genius.

all the best of luck with your goals

Thanks Tasa

It's great that you can pick up on my quirkiness without even meeting me in person. I know that trait is what makes me unique.

Just want to tell everybody that I just got behind the wheel of my car and drove it. Might have only been a short one around the backstreets, but I did it! On my way to achieving a goal!

Kind of annoyed at myself as well cause of my friend who refuses to talk to me, was the one person who I really wanted to tell cause he knew the struggles that I have faced. I messaged him, no idea if he read it or straight deleted it without reading. But yes I did it! Feel tired now, must be the emotion of it all.

Goal number 2 done! We talked and I think things are going to be ok. 2 goals achieved in 2 days, wow!

Hi Belle,

sorry for the delay. A mixture of family and health dramas and studying.

I am so proud of you for kicking 2 big goals. You should celebrate somehow, even something small. Rewards make goals more fun.

so what is your next goal?

I kicked my first and finished my Diploma. Yey.

hope you are well.
