Just Get Flux program is handy for those that want a blue light filter for their monitors at home or even at work. It will filter out Blue light which I can you first hand increases my anxiety. Ever since I got this program, I can stare at the computer screen longer without worrying. There is even app for your phone so that it doesn't cause panic attacks.

What a great program! I have been wearing blue light filtering glasses at night when using screens to help me sleep better. Maybe you should add this suggestion to the SLEEP forum.
