Share your imagination of fantasy, Magic or happy stories here, so others can enjoy
Hi everyone,
This is a thread I thought might be a helpful form of relaxing, for both writing your very own virtual fantasy peaceful escape from our busy lives..Maybe you just need to sit back, read and relax or maybe you want to go on your virtual fantasy escape and put it in here for other to read or join you...
Please give it a go, you might find it a great distraction from negative thoughts, as I do..and others can escape with you.
I started walking into the tunnel, looking around, the ceiling and sides were covered with tiny little bright pink, yellow and darkest blue tiniest flowers you could imagine, the ground was of the darkest, thickest, greenest grass, so soft I take my shoes off and feel the cool refreshing grass under my feet and between my toes, so relaxing as I continue walking towards the sun rays I can see up ahead...lol my feet are green from the softness and greenness of the grass.
Out through the other end of the tunnel, I'm greeted by, a brilliant sky of orange, purple, and clouds of the deepest greyish red, a sun that's setting in the distance..I stand and take in the beauty of the sky, a feeling of serenity passes through me...Walking further ahead I come across the same thick carpet of lush cool green grass, feeling serene and grounded I continue until I come to a small waterfall, that falls into a crystal clear lake with tiny brightly coloured butterflies flying around, they are beckoning me to enter the lake. On entering the lakes crystal clear water I head towards the waterfall, there I sit in the water with the gentle waterfall cascading onto my head, down my back, the feeling of the water running down me is just pure relaxation, the water surrounding my body is so cool and refreshing yet peacefully relaxing..I stay there it's to good to move, then I see the Butterflies flying around me, dropping tiny little sachets into the water the water becomes bubbly, bubbles of lavender scent , as the waterfall hits the water the bubbles are multiplying so much that they start to tickle my skin..The scent of the bubbles begin to make me feel sleepy..relaxed....
My eyes lids are so heavy, they want to close, slowly they close, as they do a gentle breeze blows, and I can here the tranquil sounds of wind chimes in the background so peaceful so gentle the sound, the sounds fading deeper and deeper into the background..my body, my mind is relaxed beyond belief as I slowly drift off into a peaceful, tranquil, deep sleep..
Grandy.

Hello Angelic,
I liked it, Thank you..I like to write fantasy, imagery, kids...light hearted relaxing..
I usually write when I’m in a big downer, most times it helps to start lifting me, and to get me out of my yucky real life.
.I’m not a fan of living in the real world...it’s way to hurtful and cruel and lonely...
Fantasy can be anything you want and your mind can travel alongside the story writing and give us a break from reality...
Looking forward to listening to more of your story/stories..Children’s stories are fine in here as well, what ever you feel to write is okay.
Kind thoughts..
Grandy...

Thanks Ggrand
Im also not a fan of the real world sometimes I get lost in day dreams and my man wonders where I'm gone. Question is there a spot on beyond blue you can post pictures wanted to share my drawings anyway I signed up for Gish this year its a charity and you do weird things also help people one was make none slip socks for people in nursing homes I wrote a small bit as one was write about Winnie the poohs cousin vinnie the mob boss will put it here its not that long but I want to expand and explore the story more. I also drew the characters hislm and his mob boss crew
Vinnie of sherbet woods
In a forest called sherbet woods in a small tree house lived a bear, his name was vinnie the pooh. Now vinnie was no ordinary honey eating bear. He was notorious more notorious then the king of the jungle. Vinnie was a mob boss, he even had his own crew, benny the squirrel and letisha the owl. Then there was slinky the snake. One day vinnie decided he pay a visit to his cousin Winnie as she owed him some money and it was way past it's due date. Winnie would never know what was coming. If she didn't pay up there would be a price to pay. She should of never had bought all that honey.
That's all I have as I said thinking of expanding it its not going to have violence maybe vinnie would glue Winnie to a chair shave her bald its a kids book so no violence some other person wrote vinnie cut winnie's finger off not appropriate for kids anyway I hope you liked it

Angelic you have a talent for writing I think it's a good idea to join a writing group again.
Shame about the freebies but at least you know they're good enough for people to want them well done.
I really enjoy dabbling in fantasy which I want to do more of. It's important for our minds to be open especially if we suffer depression because it closes in on us. With an open mind we can escape depression being able to think laterally.
Enjoying your input ☺
Grandy hun told you elsewhere absolutely love your story about Flora. You create magic with fantasy. You're very good at it. Thank you for so much pleasure including other peoples writing it's uplifting 🌴
I'm going to play with some today, well that's the plan Stan. Thanks beautiful lady for another awesome thread. 💑💜
Hope others would like to free themselves here too. It's fun and very stimulating let alone a great release from pain for a while.

Hello Angelic,
Thank you so much for sharing your unicorn story,
I’m a great fan of unicorns as well as any creature our imagination can think up... Thank you for such a beautiful story that took me away from me for a while...
I agree with Deebi, that although your book went out free, people like your stories and wanted them. So please don’t give up your dreams....
Thank you Deebi for liking my story, that means a lot to me...I usually only write when I’m hurting to try to get out of my head into a safe place of love and to feel safe......If someone I love is hurting and I start to feel their hurt I try to do the same for them...
Sometimes I wish that fantasy was real because it’s a much nicer place to be, then where I usually am..
Kind thoughts and caring hugs...
Grandy..

Hello everyone,
I just kept running, and running as fast as I can until I could run no more...I fell into a patch of daffodils growing in a dry patch of dry grass. laying there, crying I stay where I fell, my tears of loneliness kept falling onto the daffodils then running down the stem onto the grass, and forming a puddle, the puddle began to grow with each tear that fell and the pond was becoming a river.. I was now laying in the middle my river of tears.
The daffodils were swaying back and forward in the breeze and little elves emerged from them, they were so cute, pointy ears, sweet soft voices, they were singing to me, so soft so tranquil.
I started floating on my river of tears, rocking with the flow of the water, the little elves were sitting around me and keeping me afloat.....eventually I came to a stop the river ended, I got up and walk around taking in the green grass, the mountains and hills in the distance, cows, sheep and horses were grazing on the grass.
I walked towards a fallen tree, sitting there feeling the warmth from the sun being absorbed into my skin was relaxing....looking at everything, the hills, where flowers are scattered everywhere, bees buzzing around, butterflies flittering around, some landing on me for a rest then taking off again.. frogs hopping around in the dampness of the green grass, little birds flying around and singing their songs...I noticed as I was deep breathing, the scent of the air was so sweet and delicate, it was Lavender as I looked around the grass was gone and i was sitting in a field of Lavender.
As I am still sitting here , the bees brought me some honeycomb to eat, wow so sweet and pure the taste....Then the cool breeze not only made my skin feel refreshed but also started the wind chimes, that were hanging from the trees....the sounds of the chimes were serene and sent a wave of tranquility over the entire area.
Sitting here, looking at nature, listening to the bees, and birds, feeling the warm sun on my skin, eating the sweet pure honeycomb, I felt such a huge sense of peace, that I spoke to Mother Nature about how beautiful her universe really is...A little elf said to me...Take time each day, to sit and take notice of this beautiful universe we're all apart of and when you start feeling detached, sad, depressed, overwhelmed and/or hurting with life then Please come and sit outside on a log, or on the ground, and I'll talk to you through the wonders of my creation..
Grandy..

Here’s my ‘safe space’
-
I’m in a beautiful, old library, in an old manor somewhere in the countryside. The library stretches out for over 100 metres, and it’s all for me.
The walls are very high and there are shelves and shelves of books from floor to ceiling. There are old books, new books, cookbooks, ya fiction, mystery, non-fiction and more. There are even magazines and newspapers, anything to read that your heart desires.
There’s a huge armchair, big enough to lay my legs over one of the arms and rest my head against the other. (Bare with me, I’m very small and this is a fantasy). It is a dark red colourand super comfortable. Everything smells beautiful and there are many big windows, with the warm sunshine illuminating the entire room around me.
I can sit and stay for as long as I please. Everything is beautifully silent and I am at peace.
-
The hilarious thing is I don’t even like reading that much, I often get bored. I’ve just always found libraries so relaxing!

Hello pinkkookaburra,
Thank you for your library story, I used to love being in a library, but the town where I live doesn’t have one, your story placed me back into my special place at the school, not very popular pupil, I would spend my lunch break in primary school at the library,
Your chair sounds really comfortable, sounds a comfy way to sit, I would try it but I have no single lounge chair...
For some reason your story reminded of the really good movie I saw years ago called.. “inkheart”.. Not sure if your familiar with inkheart....
Thank you again for your lovely story that gave the readers a little distraction....I really enjoyed it...and it doesn’t matter if you read or not a library is really a peaceful escape from the hassles of life.....
Looking forward to listening to more stories, it get us out of our head for a few minutes and gives our mind a little holiday...
L&ah..💜🤗..
