Feeling like others are playing the victim

Yeah just feels like others are playing the victim all the time, just never ends. No one ever takes responsibility for their errors and their emotions. And honestly just does my head in, how can they not? Just hit a brick wall each time and eventually have to take a break in the end. Which I will do now, unfortunate thing is feelings of nausea preventing me from working. And less related to certain other emotions, probably separate from this topic here though- have come up. So yeah that affects my commitments but it had to be done, just how it is. People will never truly get it that they are being a genuine pain to me, honestly wont and will continue to play the victim. Won't stop me from doing what I can, but a break will be needed

Dear SteverPLFC~

You may remeber I've been talking to you at your other thread and have an idea of what you have been going though

I'm sorry things are so hard at the moment.

Between feeling what you do is not good enough and nausea keeping you from work is a hard thing.

Now you also have the problems of someone saying they are the victim, whch is not helpful.

Whould you like to explain a little more about the circumstances they feel they are the victim. Do they  feel you should be doing somethng different?

If the other person does not understand what you are going though it can make for misunderstandings.

I worry about you not working with that nausea, and would suggest you go see a doctor and be tested physically and mentally to see what is going on. It is no sort of life for you at the moment and  does need to be made better.

As I think I mentioned before getting professional help was the only way I started to feel better, it was a good move even if it took a little time.

If the person who plays a victim is a partner or someone close maybe getting some counseling together as well  may help. If you are thinking in that direction Relationships Australia (1300 364 277) does a good job though they are not free.

Absolutely Croix expecting more and different results I reckon, it is a work boss and they expect the world of me, every single day. And theyre not getting it now Im done, whether that loses me my job I dont know. Or if I quit I dont know but to be honest- gotten every ounce of energy good/bad out of it. And cant be explained better, there is nothing else to explain

Dear StevePFLC~

Thanks for explaining. Do you think you would be better off just doing what you can at work or quitting?

I'm not sure from what you say either way is going to make you feel better. Basically I'm still worried about the nausea and you feeling drained as you have given all.

There could be all sorts of reasons for this of course, however I'll risk repeating myself and annoying you by suggesting you do see a doctor and get a thorough check-up. It may be somethng that needs fixing right now you had not anticipated.

Oh the nausea is gone, anyway just the anxiety now. Is what it is I'm a proactive person anyway, just how I am. Id say the quitting option is better but for sure, no doubt they are. In no doubt themselves should say- as to how I feel about it. The work situation and about them the supervisor in question anyway. Was very much to the point but just fairly polite and not possibly nasty about it at all. Anyway will remain to be seen, have got a GP session on Wednesday. So yeah not something that is great, but will be there for that on Wednesday. Thanks for the concern by the way Croix, think there are bigger things at play mood wise and just with mood swings though. Ups and downs with that should say that make me think is a more noticeable problem. And meaningful in a bad way

Dear StevePLFC~

I'm very glad you are seeing your doctor next week. If you are like me and have anxiety it can be helped a lot. As for the mood swings, again like me, they can be a worry as if you get overwhelmed they can lead  you with a pretty upsetting view of the world and be hasty or destructive in one's actions.

If you felt like letting us know how you get on, and what you decide to do over your job too, I'd be very interested.
