Hello Julsey,
Please can you take in deep breaths counting in for 1-2-3-4-5... then out for 5-4-3-2-1. Keep breathing deeply until you calm down a little..
Cannyou put your phone on to a instrumental with your earphones in, don't have your phone on charge..now turn it up then select an instrument and follow that instrument right through, hopefully you will fall asleep before it finishes..
Julsey, you must eat..it's a must especially with depression, you need the nutrition from the food to help heal your mind..
Do you have a school health officer at your school that you can talk to, and tell him/her how your feeling..or can you ask your parents to sit down and then have a talk to them and let them know how your feeling, or if you find it hard to talk about your feelings, maybe write them out on paper and show them to your parents ..or you could even show your parents this thread of yours...that way they can read through it..
please take care of yourself..and try when your feeling anxious to take som deep breaths..Please let us know how you got on..
Warm hugs xx🤗.
Grandy..

Hi julsey,
ive also been sexually abused around your age and I did forget, I suppressed the memories so much I had no recollection, but recently something triggered me and now I remember everything and because I never dealt with it or even accepted it had happened now I’m a mess and have no idea how to move forward. It is so incredibly brave of you to be seeing people to help you and I wish I had your strength.
