PTSD episode on mountain debacle

AaronD
Community Member
Hi, This is my first post on here so please be gentle.
I have a hobby making beads where proceeds go towards beyondblue and the Westpac Rescue Chopper.
I had an episode on top of a mountain last week, however trying to turn that negative into a positive through ;IGY.
The last week has been a real head spin, but I think I'm doing better now.
Anyway please feel free to chat

Hi Aaron!

Welcome to the forum!

That is so kind that you generate proceeds from this hobby to beyond blue and the rescue service! When did you start doing this?

I hope you're doing okay at the moment. Have you been to see your doctor about these bad periods?

A bit about me: I'm a 23 year old female, I'm in my third year of psychology study at university, I live at home with my parents and younger sister, and I'm hoping to travel somewhere next year.

I hope you enjoy using this forum 🙂

Best wishes,

SM

Dear Aaron

Hello and welcome. I have never met anyone who made beads. What are yours made of? Wood, plastic, lacquered paper? Please enlighten my unknowing.

I read you had an episode on the mountain but the rest of the sentence I did not understand. "trying to turn that negative into a positive through ;IGY." Good idea to turn it around. That's bound to fool the black dog.

Glad to hear you are feeling better. Do you want to explain a bit more or indulge in general chat?

Happy to talk.

Mary
