I feel the need to scream but instead I cry. Should I scream and just let go or cry some more

Hi JPL, welcome to the forum. Needing to scream or cry - sounds like you're in a world of pain right now. Well, you've come to a place where you can safely scream or cry and let it out amongst people who understand what it feels like to be in pain, for a whole raft of reasons. You're amongst fellow travellers.

We're good listeners too, so if you want to talk about what's distressing you, please go ahead. Let us in a bit so we can try to help eh?

Hi JPL,

Welcome to BB and feel free to do both scream and cry and vent, as long as you are communicating its all good. We are happy to hear from you day or night and you can call us on 13 22 4636 although they might not like yelling LOL. I hear you, i have felt like that many times in my life, I now know why so many people especially women get the tattoo "THIS TOO SHALL PASS" to remind ourselves that nothing lasts good or bad, its just a passing phase and the next day or the next week we move on ( hopefully). I hope you have support ? If not here we are you are not alone. We would love to hear from you in anyway you like and venting is most welcome. Best Wishes Nikkir x

Hi there JPL,

Sometimes we need the screaming and the crying. It doesn't matter if it is from yesterday or a long time ago, I think we seem to have things come to mind when our body thinks we are ready somehow. There are plenty of good listeners here. Hope you find a way through.
