I get it. Shock, disbelief and panic; could this even come close? Trauma's an individual response to an event. Even though 100 people might experience this situation, only a small percentage might exhibit post trauma symptoms. Unfortunately you're one of the unlucky ones..
You haven't written a great deal, but that's fine ok. It takes a lot of courage to post about personal issues for the first time, so well done!

To get the ball rolling I'll ask, how's the relationship with your husband now? It's been 3 yrs since the affair.
