I'd like to give you a warm welcome here to the Forum, a place where many people have faced hard times, hopefully you may see how some of them have coped.
You are by no means alone in having to face your son's situation, remand is a waiting time and makes for worry, regret, even anger. there also seems to be no road-map on how to support you son (except by being an enduring source of love that can be counted on).
