Alone..Depressed..Sad..

Hi..I'm new here..just need to put my feeling down..no one to talk to makes depression and anxiety so hard...the last 4 days I have either been in bed crying or on the lounge crying..I can't seem to get out of this...I am becoming a prisioner in my own home as its getting progressively difficult to go out.. I have to go out Tuesdays so I do everthing on that day but it's like I'm holding my breathe all day until I get back to the safety of my home then I can let go and that starts the cycle again of spending the next 6 days at home either in bed or on the lounge sad and depressed...I really feel like just giving up.. My husband passed away 4 years on This coming Thursday. My children live 6 hours drive away and have small children so I don't see them that much.Bad mum and grandmum I am on there last visit i was pleased to see them but I just wanted them to go home. I feel so aweful and numb atm..

It is Deebi, I try not to listen, even put my ear phones in most nights now, but my little fur buddies hear then there on my lap shaking so I know what's happening...

Deebi, My bursitis flare up...is my fault if I could of just said no on Tuesday my bursitis wouldn't have flared as bad as it has..So only me to blame for that..

Please Deebi, You are not over pushing me at all to do walks, if it wasn't for you I wouldn't even be going out my front door. Oh I feel bad I don't want anyone to be upset with anyone else, because of me.. im not worth it at all..with anyone getting upset...Please don't....

Deebi I love the encouragement you give me..if it wasn't for you I would not even go out my front door on my days home..I really thank you from deep inside me...

I prey they don't meet this fate ever too honey but if they do you might have given them more and precious time here.

One of your many beautiful traits hating conflict, my darling was the same and how often he'd say not in anger but " you have to butt heads with everyone" which did happen a lot, clearly I need a lot of work on the tact scene but in my defence that's exactly what it was usually about, attacking in defence and I'd say but they rah rah and he agreed they were being beeps, yeah I could go on but I've always said we don't have to take beep (gee noisy in here isn't it) so really but don't tell him this he had the better way for the sake of peace BUT.... 😄 (Big smile)

It been overcast very thundery but so far no rain has fallen, this is our usual out here..I'm hoping rain is falling in another drought effected area...

Oh Deebi, I will do anything to advoid a conflict, did on Tuesday and still paying for it...I wish I was more like you..

The Mumma and Joey were here this morning always around the same time....I hope it rains and some grass goes green for them to eat....

I know the pumpkins your talking about that's the one I buy for baking...I will buy for soup if I can I will get on Tuesday after work....looking forward to making it...

Im thinking of leaving my front gates open of a Night maybe Mumma and Joey will come into mine and stay/sleep in my shed.. not sure but I mean they come to the gate for my food maybe If I left some on the ground leading to the shed then they will be safe through the night...What do you think Deebi?
