I’m so sorry for the loss of your baby. There are no words that can reach a grief like this, and the pain of not being there in those final moments is something many parents struggle with.

GriefLine offers free, confidential support from trained volunteers who hold space without judgment. You can call 1300 845 745, available 9am to 8pm every day. Their website is griefline.org.au and includes 24/7 online forums if you’re not ready to talk.
SANDS (Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Support) is specifically for parents who have lost a baby. Every volunteer on their line has lived through a similar loss. Available 24/7 on 13 000 72637, or at sands.org.au.
