For 2nd time!
"Upon first seeing disabled account message with instruction to "upload a head photo using device camera, in order for us to review the disablement" (don’t know how SIMPLY providing a head photo was meant to aid a review?) Then I get another message STRAIGHT AFTER submitting the photo.. 'We've disabled your account, we've reviewed your account and found that it still doesn't follow our Community Standards on account integrity. You cannot request another review of this decision' I don’t know if something may’ve in fact gone awry with the process? For I cannot fathom what posts would’ve breached community standards on account integrity!? Given facecrook are continuing to unreasonably strictly enforce their (essentially bogus - arbitrary - self-imposed- subjective) ”community standards” then it should be incumbent upon Facecrook to personally SCREEN EVERY SINGLE POST BEFORE BEING PUBLISHED to obviate the risk of users getting their accounts disabled for posting what may be deemed to (SUBJECTIVELY) not follow community standards!

Dear Ohmygod-life!~
I'm afraid Facebook does indeed use your selfie scanned by AI belonging to a third party age verification company to estimate your age.
This may be a stand-alone process or combined with account content as typical of an age group, passing references to age and initial details of profile.
It is unfortunate that only 2 appeals seem to be accepted, if you have not used up your 2 appeals then I suggest you use a government ID to prove your age.
It can be most upsetting to have your Facebook history and any family, friends or organizations denied to you by what may seem a high handed administration and there can a great sense of loss, particularly if this may be your main means of contact and you rely on it.
I have no suggestions other than to write to your Federal MP, hopefully you are able to contact your family or friends outside Facebook.
Sorry I'm not more help

Actually I refer to it as Fakebook, and yes it's all a load of (insert word of choice), especially the AI admin mumbo-jumbo. I use it rarely and now it's full of AI fake news, so I find it hard to have anything nice to say about it and have no useful advice given it's a world of fiction. So often I've heard of people having problems with it, and most of those are unreasonable bans which invariable have no bases in facts. Don't know if you can try unloading some government ID? Otherwise create a new account which probably needs a different email address?
