Dear PeterBR~
Welcome here, sadly yours is not the only case of workplace bullying that has been posted here. It always leaves the person bullied in a terrible place even if they - like you - have won their case.
Would you like to say what has been happening? Is there a specific reason for this bullying do you think? Is there a particular person who is doing this?
Remedies are not always that easy, though here are state-run anti-bullying organizations in each state as well as Fairwork Australia
I cant answer your question about return, though obviously it depends partly on your current mental state and the amout of medical and personal support you have. Are you in a good position there.
Is there actually anyone at work who is on your side and understanding?
The other thing of course is how badly you need the money.
I would think that if you did leave then there might be Centrelink complications and you would in any case still need another job.
Do you thing there might be a middle of the road action for when your stress leave runs out you apply for other positions in other campaniles whilst trying to remain in this company in the meantime?

Hi Peter, thanks for posting your comment.
I can't tell you what to do but make a suggestion, and Fairwork says that 'any unused long service leave has to be paid out at the end of employment', and whoever helped you win the last situation, maybe a lawyer should be contacted and asked, however, 'when employment ends before an employee has worked the total number of years needed to
get the full long service leave entitlement, they can sometimes get paid out part of their
service leave.'
This is known as pro-rata long service leave and copy and paste this in your search brower 'as pro-rata long service leave'
www.fairwork.gov.au › leave › long-service-leave
www.fairwork.gov.au › leave › annual-leave › payment-for-annual-leave
If you are allowed prorata then for your own health, it wouldn't be a good idea to return to work, but again it's only a suggestion.
Please let us know what you decide to do.
Best wishes.
Geoff.

I'm really sorry this is happening to you
I am not a professional and this is my first post but I read this and it made me extremely sad. I'm was very sorry. My advice is to contact the fair work. I have dealt with sexual harassment at my work and I contacted head office and nothing came about it until I contacted fair work. my advice is to go back for the two months it will be a stressful time but I think you might be really proud of yourself once you have done it. You never know things may have changed in the workplace but even if they haven't you are a survivor and you can truly do it. Remember you always have us on this website to talk to and i really hope that helps you out.
I'm sorry that this hasn't been the best advice but I hope the support has helped at least a little bit x
