Hi Tolpo, thanks for posting your comment.
I'm really sorry about what's happened to you at work and can I let you know that I have been in the same situation, it's not a pleasant feeling.
I appreciate you want someone to get back to you and I hope others will, but I start very early in the morning about 12.30 am and hope I can reply back to you early in the morning, my apologies.
Best wishes.
Geoff.

Hi Tolpo,
Welcome to the forums and thanks for joining us. I'm sorry that you're struggling with this and by the sounds of things you might want to look for a new GP!
You're absolutely welcome to come and vent here - you're in good company.
A couple of resources you might want to check out too given it sounds like there's a bit of chronic pain happening -
http://chronicpainaustralia.org.au They have resources and a forum specific to those living in chronic pain. A lot of members there are in similar situations to yourself, and many feel quite isolated and defeated.
The APMA (Aus pain management association) pain link helpline on 1300 340 357.
Hope that you enjoy being here; feel free to have a browse around our other threads and jump in.

Hi Tolpo,
I understand where your coming from as a couple of months ago acquired a work place injury, it's hard being at home during these times as the depression really seems to hit hard.
I think you should definitely look for a new GP there are plenty of bad ones, but there are also quite a few good ones you might have to go through a few before you find one that's good. It took me a little while before I found a good one. It's especially hard when your having not good thoughts I too am struggling a bit at the moment but I just try to take it day by day and sometimes when that's too much just hour by hour.
Do you have things you like to do whilst at home?
We are here to talk so if you ever need a chat or a good venting session my ears are all open.
Hope to hear from you,
Keypi 🙂

Hi Tolpo, been involved in a work injury and stuck in the house for 12 months isn't the most convenient, especially if you are unable to move freely, but to injure yourself even further can create so much discomfort.
I'm sorry that this has happened, but can I say that it's part of your work claim injury and wonder whether or not you have a solicitor handling your claim and would like to know a little more if that's possible.
Best wishes.
Geoff.
