Hi Cloud.Raindrops,
I hope it’s okay if I extend a caring welcome to you to the forums. It sounds like you’ve been struggling for some time...your erratic mood sounds very confusing, unsettling and draining...
I know anxiety can be very debilitating. So, it must really hurt that the people around you don’t seem very supportive of your struggles...
Sorry, I’m not sure why you’re having the mood swings or whether it means you have depression or not. I hope it’s okay if I make a gentle suggestion to book an extended appointment with your GP to discuss your mood swings and/or low mood to see what s/he says. I feel that might be a good starting point...
It’s lovely to have you on board, and when/if you’re feeling up to it, it would be great to hear from you again to see how you’re doing. That being said, there’s no pressure, only if you feel like writing here...
kind thoughts
Pepper

Hello and Welcome to BB
well done on reaching out for supports, I agree with Peppers gentle suggestion to have a talk with your gp about whats been happening for you with your moods and emotions.
Can i ask if anything has happened this yr that has caused your emotions to become like this? sometimes when things happen in our lives even if its more minor or a few minor things it can still affect us on varying levels.
do you have any friends, family, teacher/uni counsellor or other professional to talk to?
Im sorry you think no one cares, we do care for you here. i hope you come back and talk to us here. Thinking of you
