There is no help, it’s all lies

Everyone’s heard it

‘I’m here if you need me’

‘there’s support for you’

‘anytime’

it’s all rote learning, means nothing. Everyone has a threshold of ‘helping’ and if you’re not better in time for that you’re on you’re own

Yes you are right, i agree with you 100%

I also feel there is little to no help or support in the community and friends and family will either ignore, avoid or deny that you need help or support because of a few reasons...

My thoughts are that it is just ignorance, selfishness, lack of empathy or just not knowing how to respond or react when someone is genuinely in a position that needs it. Lack of understanding and thinking that there is a quick fix for everything dosn't help the situation either.

That is why we need more places like here where we can voice how we feel with others that understand and can relate to what we are going through. Just so you know you are not alone.

Having someone around who cares and wants to listen is part of the solution but finding that person is difficult. Specially when you don't know where to find them.

It's horrible when you feel invisible and like you are a burden on society. Know this, that you are a unique and important individual, that is loved by God.  I here what you are saying and am here for you if you want to chat further. i would kike to know more about you and your situation, so drop me a line and I will get back to you.
