Yesterday I turned on the news because I heard that a man struggling with bipolar was attacked by police while being arrested and is now in a coma. It's seriously affected me because I have bipolar and I know what it's like to seek help at hospital and wait longer than 24hours for a bed like this man did. I feel so awful for him it's left me feeling down 😢

Thanks Paul
yeah I joined the forums maybe a couple of months ago to share my story of what I've overcome. This year though has been tough. My husband lost his company but luckily started a new job working for someone. I'll hardly see him now it's 11 hour days 6 days a week. I'm in Melbourne with a 9month old baby pretty much looking after her on my own with no adult company and stage 4 means I can only leave the house for the supermarket or a walk up the road which I do every day. Hope things open up soon it's starting to get to me. Good on you for volunteering that's awesome. I'm hoping to do the same oneday once I'm in a really good place
Thanks again Nik
