Hi DG854 and welcome to the forums and is a great place to get support.I am sorry your partner has got depression but you want to be there for her and support her.Just being there listening showing you care and you are there for her is really a good start. It isn't easy at times but I am sure with your love and support will make a big difference.

Tale care,

Mark.

Hi and welcome. Just to add a note to Grandy's reply. There is also a lot of information here...

You will find other sites also the government health direct site, lifeline and related sites will have similar information as well. In addition to listening, looking after yourself is also important.

Hi DG854, welcome. Thank you for trying to support your partner, I'm sure they do appreciate it. It can be tricky supporting friends and loved ones who have mental illnesses.

There's a few resources you can look at, this forum and the BB website has a lot, you can search things in the search bar on the top of the page.
